This apprenticeship enables you to manage competing priorities, work with people across the firm and with the clients we advise, and look for better ways of doing things. Some days you’ll work on your own and other days you will work as part of a team. Either way you’ll be trusted with work that matters, alongside people who have done the job for years. The skills you build here – organisation, judgement, communication – travel with you into any industry.
A Scottish Modern Apprenticeship combines paid employment with work-based learning so you will do real work from day one, alongside people who have been doing it for years. Your SCQF Level 6 (SVQ Level 3) training takes place in the workplace with your apprenticeship coach setting you assignments, carrying out workplace observations and holding professional discussions.
Whether you’re starting out or building on what you already know, you’ll come away with a recognised qualification, genuine experience and skills that are useful in any industry.
